Captain Fred Robert is one of the best fishing guides in the Daytona Beach area and the Top Rated Daytona Beach Fishing Guide on TripAdvisor

Since 1985, Captain Fred has been fishing daily in the waters surrounding Daytona Beach and the nearby community of New Smyrna Beach. In addition to the coastal waters of the Atlantic Ocean and Ponce Inlet, the region's outlet to the sea, Captain Fred has actively fished the area's rich inshore saltwater estuaries including the world famous Mosquito Lagoon, the Indian River, the Banana River and Spruce Creek.

Captain Fred also has many years of experience fishing some of the world's greatest sport fishing destinations including the Bahamas, Cuba, Indonesia, Thailand, Madagascar and islands throughout the Indian Ocean.

In 2000, Captain Fred became a full time professional fishing guide, quickly earning a reputation as fair, on time, courteous, professional and the guide who puts you on the fish EVERY TIME. As an amiable and patient guide, he will ensure your day on the water is a success!

Fishing with Captain Fred is an Unforgettable Experience!

Seldom does one encounter a fishing guide with such deep passion, enthusiasm and experience as Captain Fred. He is patient with novices, eager to share his love for fishing while carefully instructing first time anglers every step of the way.

Captain Fred aggressively pursues the largest specimens of the most sought after saltwater species inhabiting the waters near Daytona Beach. His Photo Gallery is a testament to his success. There you will find amazing photos from his many successful Daytona Beach fishing charters with excited anglers and their catch of Big Bull Redfish, Tarpon, Red Snapper, Snook, Cobia, Jack Crevalles, Amberjacks and even Tripletails and huge Bull Black Drum.
