Booking requests
When you send a booking request through the form, or text, call, WhatsApp or email us, we receive the information you provide (name, phone number, email, dates, group size, message). We use it only to answer you and organize your trip. We do not sell it or share it with third parties, other than the services we use to receive it (our email provider and phone carrier).
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure our advertising. These services set cookies and collect usage data such as pages visited, device type and approximate location. IP addresses are anonymized in Google Analytics. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Embedded content
The videos page embeds YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode. Links to Instagram, Facebook, TripAdvisor, Google and WhatsApp take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
